Shift Pattern: 4 on / 2 off rotating shifts (AM: 6:45 am - 3:30 pm, PM: 3:45 pm - 12:30 am)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager to join our team and lead our site production crew in delivering an efficient and high-quality commercial laundry operation. Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:

Lead and develop the site production team, including Key Operators and Team Leaders, to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
Oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews to achieve and surpass KPIs.
Plan shifts to meet budgetary targets and manage absences according to policy.
Drive service, cost, and quality performance by regularly reviewing operations and implementing continuous improvements.
Promote productivity enhancements to boost efficiency, quality, and service levels within budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with customer services to address queries and requests.
Uphold standards for quality, health and safety, hygiene, and housekeeping across the site.
Your Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven leadership experience within a production or similar operational environment.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a focus on efficiency.
An aptitude for problem-solving and process improvement.
