Sales Support Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Sales Support Assistant to join our team at Five! This role is perfect for someone looking to re-enter the workforce, seeking part-time work, a student or anyone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

This role is on-site and based in our Bristol office. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with queries, problem-solving, and providing support to both candidates and consultants. The work is flexible, 9 hours per week, spread over 2 to 3 days. You will be able to choose your hours between 7am-5pm Mondays to Thursdays and/or 7am-4pm on Fridays. Please note this role is term time only but there is the opportunity for overtime in the school holidays. Starting pay is £12.21 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:
Handling Candidate & Consultant Queries - Answering and resolving timesheet issues, pension queries, and general concerns promptly and professionally
Liaising with Clients & Candidates - Providing updates, feedback, and support to ensure a smooth experience for all involved
Processing References - Writing tenancy and university references as needed
Using Initiative & Problem-Solving - Helping resolve any challenges that arise in a logical and efficient manner
Supporting Consultants - Assisting with administrative tasks to help the team work effectively
Keeping Things Organised - Ensuring all communications, documentation, and systems are updated accurately

IT Competent: Comfortable using various software and systems to manage queries and documentation
Great Communicator: Confident in liaising with candidates, clients, and colleagues
