Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a building firm in the South-East London area who are looking for a brand new Operations Manager to join their team to manage engineers and office staff, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, customer service is exceptional, and performance targets are met.

Duties:

Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of property maintenance services.
Lead, train, and motivate the team, including engineers and office staff.
Ensure all jobs are booked efficiently and engineers have the required materials and information.
Monitor KPIs and budget targets, driving operational efficiency.
Managing company fleet
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular project updates.
Handle escalations, complaints, and service issues with professionalism.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, employment laws, and company policies.
Provide regular reports to the General Manager and contribute to business strategy.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Competent IT skills (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
