* Our client is a well-regarded Professional Services Consultancy firm specialising in the Technology, Digital and Software sectors.
* They have steadily been growing over the last 5 years and due to organic growth, they’re now looking for a new Marketing Lead to help them with their next phase of growth - Turnover currently sits at around £1.3m and their plan is to get to a £2m turnover by the end of 2026.

Opportunity:
* They now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join the business to develop and grow a marketing function with clear direction and purpose. Applicants will be required to demonstrate strong marketing experience, evidenced contribution to the growth of a small company and will ideally have experience in the professional services sector.
Role and Responsibilities:
* As Marketing Lead, you’ll own the marketing function, developing and executing inbound strategies that drive high-quality leads and support our sales goals. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end, oversee the marketing budget, align closely with sales, and amplify our brand through strategic content and partnerships including but not limited to:
* Inbound Strategy & Campaigns
* Sales Alignment & Lead Generation
* Brand Messaging & Awareness
* Content Creation & Social Strategy
* Partnership & Network Engagement
* Website & Conversion Optimisation
* Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management
* Continuous Improvement
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
* 5+ years in a marketing role with strong inbound, B2B, and HubSpot experience Proven campaign management and content creation skills
* Confident in planning and managing budgets and marketing tools
* Strong alignment mindset – knows how to work closely with sales and leadership Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
* Creative, analytical, and resourceful, with a test-and-learn approach
* Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
