One of Vivid's clients, a Lincolnshire based Housing Association going through an exciting period of change, requires an experienced Rent and Service Charge Consultant to the join the team and assist in delivering a smooth service to their residents.
The contract will be for 6 months - hybrid working with a couple of days on site in Lincolnshire would be preferable, however they would look at highly competent candidates who are wishing to work from home based off the strength of their references.
This contract would be 37 hours/5 days a week.
Daily duties:
* Prepare and send rent and service charges notifications to all residents
* Ensured leasehold management and service charges are applied accurately and within terms of the leases and current legislation
Ensuring correct service charges are issued and all data is correct
* Setting and monitoring rent and service charge income budgets and budgets for all other income including reconciliations of income accounts and income related balance sheet accounts
* Dealing with queries regarding service charges, including complaints
