A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join a well-established commercial vehicle service provider based in Basingstoke. This role is ideal for a motivated and organised individual with strong leadership skills, looking to oversee workshop operations and ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage and maximise staff productivity to exceed monthly targets.

* Review and time job cards in line with manufacturer guidelines.

* Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress.

* Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

* Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment, with a strong focus on health and safety.

* Ensure all vehicles leaving the workshop meet high-quality standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Highly organised with a methodical approach to work.

* Strong leadership skills, leading by example.

* Flexible and adaptable to business needs.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure, manage workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Work:

* Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

* 1 in 2 Saturdays: 4-hour shift

* 45 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

£22 per hour + Overtime opportunities available
