Plumber (Heating Pumps) – Based out of Bath & Bristol
PAYE Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,000p/a - £36,000p/a + company van & fuel card with PPE

Join a leading provider of social housing property maintenance services across Hampshire, Berkshire and Southwest. Our client is one of the largest maintenance contractors in the UK, providing building maintenance, facilities management, refurbishment, and construction services. They cover all aspects of social housing property repairs, including responsive, planned, void maintenance and dis-repairs contracts.
Your Responsibilities:
* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties
* A wide variety of plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and vacant properties
* The work will include
* Heating Pumps
* Plumbing
* First and second fixing
* Emergency water escape repairs
* Drainage
* Tap Change
* Ball Valve
* Waste Blockage
* Pipe Work
* Shower pump replacements
* Ceramic wall tiling
* Non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given)
The successful candidate will have:
* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in plastering/bricklaying or equivalent
* G3 Certificate (Unvented Cylinders) – Preferable
* Plumbing and Heating – Preferable
* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
* Full, UK driving licence
