Sales Ledger Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced administrative professional, to join the busy Finance Team of five. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing ledger, primarily working independently, liaising with customers and colleagues across multiple sites.

Sales Ledger Officer Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Create and maintain records of the billing ledger to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
Produce accurate billing of fees for monthly and termly invoicing and awards to strict deadlines
Respond to billing queries and chase outstanding fees
Manage Fees in Advance Calculations and reconciliations 
Liaise with external agencies and provide funding administration support

Sales Ledger Officer Essentials

An experienced finance professional within sales ledger and/or credit control
Accustomed to working in a busy role and adaptable to a high volume of work
Friendly and easy-going with a can-do attitude
Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy work load
A self-starter who is resilient and works well under pressure
Location

Based south of Oxford, this is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with possibility of working from home 1 day a week after probation.
