Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join the team in Avonmouth. Join a great team with friendly staff and lots of training and opportunity to progress.

Hours and Pay

* £28-30,000 basic salary.

* Overtime after 45 hours, paid at time and a half.

* Working Monday to Friday with optional overtime on Saturday.

* Start/finish times can be flexible! You will need to work 45 hours per week between 07:00 to 18:00.

As a Warehouse Manager your role will involve:

* Perform regular stock checks for warehouses as required.

* Keep stock checked areas paperwork for yearly audit evidence

* Complete a 100% stock check at least once a year

* Ensure that any stock coming back into the warehouse is located correctly

* Notify the correct people if there is a stock level issue

* Continuously develop space to suit the growing demand /storage requirement

* Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely

* Assist Group warehouse manager with other projects around the group with possible overnight stays with sufficient notice

* Improve & implement processes when necessary

* When necessary assist warehouse with day to day responsibilities.

Requirements

* Previous Forklift driving experience.

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.

* A positive, can-do attitude.

* Good level of customer service.
