About the Role:

As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the firm's English/Welsh real estate precedent bank, ensuring it remains up-to-date and comprehensive. You will collaborate closely with fee earners to create new precedents, draft practice notes, and deliver high-quality legal research. Additionally, you will be involved in exciting innovation projects, including document automation, helping to shape the future of real estate legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain the English/Welsh real estate precedent bank to the highest standards.
Create new precedents and draft practice notes that align with the latest legal developments.
Work closely with fee earners to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
Participate in innovation projects, including the development and implementation of document automation.
Assist the Managing Professional Support Lawyer with legal research, client briefings, and training sessions.
