Lettings Negotiator - Full time – Plymouth, Devon - £(phone number removed) hours + OTE (up to £29K) and benefits

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department by leading a team, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the property market, and the ability to manage key accounts while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:

You will act as the point of contact for escalated client matters.
You will manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations.
You will negotiate and finalise high-value rental agreements.
Skills and Experience Required: 

Client management skills, handling high-level interactions and complex inquiries.
Knowledge of market trends and data analysis for informed decisions.
Experience maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.
Driving Licence
