We're looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultants to join the team. To be successful for this role you must be proactive, organised and have a keen interest in sales.

You will help further grow our established teams while learning best practices within our industry.

Within this role, other key elements will include:

Building relationships with candidates and clients in your specific area
Grow your own candidate base through recommendations, adverts and data base cleansing
Match candidate skill sets to a variety of roles
Gain understanding of your specific market to ensure client buy inWhat will you need?

Previous recruitment consultancy experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A keen interest in one of our disciplines
