Higher Level Teaching Assistant – KS2 
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Part-Time hours across 5 days
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The Role:
-Deliver engaging lessons and interventions to KS2 pupils
-Support the teaching staff in creating a positive learning environment.
- Provide targeted support to groups and individuals to enhance progress.
- Cover classes in the teacher’s absence.

What We’re Looking For: 
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working within a primary school, particularly KS2.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
