MERJE is seeking a Senior Account Handler for a leading insurance company in York. This role involves managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service, and growing business through retention and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and insurance industry experience.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and retain a portfolio of high net worth clients
Build and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Negotiate renewal terms and process mid-term changes
Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities
Ensure client data security and privacy
Required knowledge and experience:

Proven experience in customer service and client management
Strong product knowledge in insurance, particularly for high net worth clients
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
CII qualification or progress towards it (desirable)
