Due to continued business growth, we’re seeking an Indirect Buyer / Procurement Manager to join a dynamic procurement team of six. With responsibility for managing a £20 million spend across 2 UK sites, this role is pivotal in driving efficiency and delivering impactful results across the company’s indirect categories and services.
Key Responsibilities
As an Indirect Buyer / Procurement Manager, you’ll oversee the procurement of indirect materials and services across departments including Facilities, Logistics, IT, HR, and Technical (UK). Your responsibilities will include:
Developing category strategies and identifying consolidation opportunities across UK sites.
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to optimise value and efficiency.
Supporting key projects, such as Facilities/Total Facilities Management (TFM), making experience in this area highly desirable. If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a supportive and growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll need
Previous Experience in an indirect procurement role
Experience in an FMCG, Engineering or Manufacturing business would be desirable.
A CIPS qualification, or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Other information
Salary – up to £55K based on experience
Holiday – 25 days plus bank holidays
Hours - 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (4 days office based + 1 day working from home.
