Our client are a well-established, medium-sized private developer specializing in executive homes. Taking pride in delivering high-quality, traditionally built homes with exceptional attention to detail. They are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a new-build residential development in Cambridgeshire.

The Role
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all site activities to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-end residential properties. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, health & safety compliance, and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all site activities from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain strict health & safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers.
Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to senior management.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on new build residential developments.
Strong background in traditional house building, ideally on executive home projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades effectively.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety legislation.
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications required.
Full UK driving license
