This role offers an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to a range of refurbishment projects, ensuring financial control and successful project delivery.

In this role, you will manage the financial aspects of refurbishment projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, managing subcontractor accounts, and handling variations and final accounts.

You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the refurbishment sector, with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost management and construction contracts. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams are essential.
