Job Opportunity: Mechanical Contract Manager
Location: North Wales
Are you an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager looking to advance your career with a leading M&E contractor in North Wales? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable company that delivers high-quality mechanical and electrical services across multiple sectors, including commercial, industrial, and domestic. With a strong portfolio of clients, including local authorities, universities, schools, and national blue-chip organisations, they are now looking for a skilled Mechanical Contract Manager to join their expanding team.
Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical projects, from initial planning to completion. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from £100k to £2m, managing key client relationships and leading a team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee mechanical contracts, managing schedules, resources, and project deliverables.
* Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial control.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Lead and motivate a team of engineers and site staff, promoting a positive and results-driven work environment.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contract Manager within the M&E sector (will also consider a Mechanical Project Manager looking to take a step up)
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems including pipework and heating systems.
* Black CSCS / SMSTS
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Full UK driving licence.
You will get:
* £50,000 - £60,000 Salary
