Building Manager

£48,000 to £50,000 per annum plus benefits
Experienced and dedicated Building Manager required to oversee the day-to-day operations of two residential blocks in South East London. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all building systems, provide excellent service to residents, and manage contractors to maintain high standards across the property. Duties will include effective management of the concierge team, acting as a point of contact for residents, addressing any concerns and fostering a positive, welcoming environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and carrying out regular risk assessments, contractor management, assisting with budget preparation, and regularly reporting to the property management team on building status, financial performance, and any issues requiring attention. The Building Manager should have at least 3 years in a similar building management or facilities management role, ideally within residential property, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications and a knowledge of property management software is preferred
