Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, Friday 6:45 am -2.15 pm

Afternoon shift – Monday to Thursday 3:00 pm to 12:00am

CNC Operator / Programmer / Miller required for a well-established and stable heavy engineering company. 2 shift patterns and wage rates are on offer for this varied and interesting role.

The role involves programming, setting and operating large CNC milling machines. The machines are Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens controlled and you will write new and edit existing programmes.

The company operates in a heavy engineering sector producing large and heavy components:

The (Operator / Programmer / Miller) Role:

* Programming, setting and operating medium to large capacity CNC machining centres (traverse up to 13.5 metres and components up to 35 tonnes) using Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens Controls.
* Writing new programs from technical drawings and editing existing programs.

The (Operator / Programmer / Miller) Candidate:

* Experience of programming, setting and operating large capacity CNC machining centres.
* Experience of using Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens controls
