Multi Trade Operative - London

Our clients are well established in the high-end residential construction market. We are looking for an experienced multi trade operative/groundworker who understands levels and drainage connections in Chelsea, London.

Weekly Pay

Main Duties:

Install stainless manhole covers following the fall of the floor.
Install wade floor gullies and grilles to specific floor level.
Install Kingspan floor insulation, perimeter expansion foam and DPM to the basement.Requirements:

Relevant experience

CSCS Card preferred

Monday - Friday
Location: Kensington and Chelsea
Rates: £180p/d+ CIS
Standard hours 8am-4:30pm
