Veritas Education is seeking an exceptional Maths and PSHE Teacher to join our partner school, a mainstream secondary school in the Harrogate area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' educational journeys and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths and PSHE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive academically and personally.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to promote their growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and support school initiatives.
Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student welfare in accordance with school policies.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching Maths and/or PSHE at the secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
Excellent classroom management skills.
A commitment to fostering students' academic success and personal development.
