Our client is looking to hire an Dispatch Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract.

The right candidate will play a key role in the processing of customer orders, working with both the operations team and the production team to ensure a seamless experience.

Shift:

* 8:00pm to 06:00am

* Night Shift

* Sunday to Thursday

Pay:

* 35,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

* Review and process customer orders using the ordering and fulfilment systems.

* Ensure all orders are accurate and ready for timely dispatch.

* Collaborate with the operations team to input and track orders.

* Interface with the production team to confirm product readiness.

* Work closely with drivers to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.

* Develop proficiency in product recognition and ensure orders are correctly packed and prepared.

* Create a culture of accuracy and compliance across the despatch process.

* Maintain high safety standards within the workplace.

* Adhere to company policies and food manufacturing regulations at all times.

* Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring that order fulfilment meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving Licence is required due to the location and working hours.

* Level 3 Qualification in Food Manufacturing or Food & Hygiene.

* Experience of operating an end-to-end production process for wholesale food.

* Experience receiving and processing customer orders
