They're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team and lead the successful delivery of complex projects for their clients.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the project from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You'll also support their project portfolio management and mentor junior project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Direct and motivate project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, support, and development) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies.
Multi-Country roll-out where required.
Provide on-site support during critical project phases.
Monitor project performance, prepare reports for senior management, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Mentor junior project managers as needed to foster growth within the team.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Project Manager role, particularly with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
Multi-Country roll out experience.
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional project teams.
A recognised project management qualification such as Agile, PMP (desirable).
Experience managing national and international projects (desirable).
