RECRUITING – EXPERIENCED CARETAKER / HANDYPERSON FOR THE SUNDERLAND AREA - £12.95 PER HOUR ***
 
This is a temporary cover role - Hours of work are based on working a two week rolling shift pattern of Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 11.30am to 7.30pm.
 
The Company:-
Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
 
The Person requirement:-
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the premises with respect to caretaking services,
Respond to issues in a timely manner.
Provide cover and remedial cleaning tasks as necessary.
Respond to security or maintenance issues outside normal working hours.
Undertake porterage tasks as required.
Carrying out cleaning duties such as emptying bins, cleaning grounds of litter.
Carry general handyperson tasks.
Ensure procedures are followed for the safe and efficient handling of waste.
Respond in a safe manner to the effects of adverse weather conditions.
Candidates must hold an enhanced DBS.
