Teaching Assistant - 1:1 SEND Support

Are you an experienced and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Tradewind is currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child who has very complex SEND needs at a Primary School in Leicestershire.

Role Details:

Location: Primary School in Leicestershire
Start Date: Immediate start
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 tailored support for a child with complex SEND needs
Implement strategies to support the child's learning and development
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt activities
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Experience working with children with complex SEND needs
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
