Year 4 Class Teacher - Watford

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join a school we are working with in Watford. The role is to work as a Year 4 Class Teacher on a full-time basis starting in January 2025. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners, fostering their intellectual and social development.

Duties

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, establishing clear expectations and fostering a respectful learning environment.

* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.

* Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.

* Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere that encourages students to express themselves freely.

What we require:

* QTS

* Experience with the UK curriculum

* At least 2 Years experience working in education

* Specialise within Key Stage 2

* DBS on the update service
