I am currently working with a fantastic firm in Cambridge who are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on a full-time basis.

They’re ideally looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Typical duties include:

* Prepare and manage legal documentation and communications.

* Conduct comprehensive property investigations and due diligence.

* Communicate effectively with clients and relevant parties.

* Advise clients on property law and related matters.

* Maintain case files and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.

The successful candidate:

* Previous paralegal experience ideally within Conveyancing

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail

* Good client facing skills and able to build positive relationships.
