Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
£30,000 + company benefits
Large static site based in NW LondonResponsibilities:

Tiling
Carpentry - Door hanging
Plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Changing light bulbs
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Requirements:

Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry preferred Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
