Role: CSCS Skilled Worker

Pay: £14.55 - £15.00 per hour

Are you a hard-working New Build Skilled Worker with a CSCS card? Fawkes & Reece are looking to recruit YOU, on a temporary basis, for one of our established Housebuilding clients in the North West area.

As a New Build Skilled Worker you will be required to have:
-A Valid CSCS Card (Required)
-Experience in Housing
-A strong work ethic
-The ability to work on your own
-A valid UK driving licence (Preferred but not essential)

Your role will consist of:
-Assisting trades on site
-Keeping the site clean and tidy
-Carry out Pre Plasters
-Carry out generic skilled works
-Follow instructions from Site Operational Lists.

The successful candidate will receive:
-An hourly rate of pay, agreed with your individual recruitment consultant, paid weekly
-Holiday pay (if applicable)
-Pension contribution

You must also be able to provide two checkable work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.
Subject to F&R receiving your proof of eligibility to work in the UK, you will be required to start ASAP
