Mechanical Supervisor's required for a commercial building services site near Newquay, Cornwall   

Start Date: ASAP
Site hours: 43 hrs basic Mon – Fri

Duration: 12 months 

Duties: Supervision of a mechanical trades team on a commercial building services government defence project. 

Your duties will include:
- Supervising and managing labour, including sub contractors and direct staff 
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitoring work progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Ensuring a high standard of work
- Implementing Health and Safety in a positive manor, PPE, RAMS etc

Candidates expected to undertake a security clearance check.

Requirements: SSSTS Certification (or SMSTS), Mechanical trade accreditation: Skillcard, JIB, etc 

Experience of working in a defence environment is advantageous 

Time served / apprenticed mechanically with relevant supervisory experience working with an established building services / mechanical contractor.

Standard Mon-Fri (43hrs): £30.00 per hour CIS 
(Plus OT)
