Job Advert: Site Manager (Social Housing & Flat Roofing Experience)

Location: Rochester, Kent.

Duration: 12 Weeks

Start Date: Mid November

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a key project involving flat roofing and related works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Oversee the installation of rooftop handrails and ensure proper safety measures are implemented.

• Supervise the pointing of brickwork on a block of flats.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing with a focus on flat roofing.

• Must hold the following certifications:

• SMSTS

• 3-Day First Aid Ticket

• Asbestos Awareness

• Working at Heights

• Manual Handling

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
