Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice across core building surveying disciplines, including contract administration, project management, and dilapidations.

What’s Required?

* MRICS qualification with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.

* Proven experience in key areas of building surveying, including contract administration, project management, and dilapidations.

* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.

* Self-motivated with excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
