Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a valid DBS check.
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or early primary years.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• A commitment to inclusive education, adapting learning to support all abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Use creative teaching methods to inspire a love of learning in students.
• Track and report on student progress, identifying areas for additional support.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching and learning
