We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the security services, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Manage and coordinate the deployment of security personnel across various client sites.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of security staff, providing training, support, and performance reviews as needed.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and client satisfaction.
* Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and retention.
* Manage the budget for operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the security industry.
* Proven track record of managing large teams and multiple sites.
* Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
