Are you a strong Home Manager, with experience as or with nursing? This could be a perfect opportunity for you!
A medium sized Nursing Home for the Elderly is seeking a new home manager. The Home has stable occupancy levels, low agency usage however, has a ‘Requires Improvement’ rating from several years ago. There will be some challenges to overcome but the provider is very supportive and allows for autonomy!
Key Responsibilities of a General Manager:

Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
Building and maintaining high occupancy.
Maintaining minimal agency usage.Home Manager Requirements:

Experience in Nursing and Residential Care Homes essential.
Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents.
Ambitious and motivated individual.
Strong leadership.
Good track record with CQC.
Computer literacy.Benefits:
