Location: Dover
Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

The Company:

Main duties:
Support the sales team and assist customers with their enquiries

The Role:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Prepare quotes and up-sell/cross-sell where appropriate
- Data inputting and spreadsheet reporting
- Order processing and keeping customers updated on deliveries
- Promote the business on social media

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (both written and verbally) - Required
- Previous office experience – Ideal
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated candidate, eager to learn
- IT literate

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
