About Us:
Join our clients dynamic team as an Internal Key Account Manager based in Doncaster, where you will be the primary contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and consistent customer satisfaction. Our client is a growth-focused organisation and looking for someone with passion and hunger for overall company success
Role Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction
* Act as first point of internal contact for all client accounts
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining close communication and building rapport.
* Monitor client needs, proactively address issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise service delivery and exceed client expectations.
* Provide regular reporting and account updates.
* Manage a busy inbox
* Assist the Sales Manager in sales meetings
* Ensure all actions have been followed up
* Ensuring the external Sales Rep has all the resources and customer information needed ahead of customer visits
* Monitoring account spending trends, highlighting variances and assisting in creating a plan for account growth
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management or sales
* Sales driven with a commercially orientated mindset
* Passion and hunger for success
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Benefits
* £30,000- £40,000 Basic salary
