A well respected and established supply chain and distribution business (one of the fastest growing transport companies in the UK) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to work with this expanding, dynamic business.
The role is located at Felixtowe and is offered on a full-time basis, Mon to Fri working 9am to 5.30pm.
This is a great role for an ambitious individual to join this progressive business which has experienced year on year growth, and with further expansion plans there are genuine opportunities for career advancement.
You will enjoy the buzz of a busy office environment where you will work with and be an integral part of the property / facilities management team. Duties and responsibilities will extend to logging works orders for your internal customers on a national basis and liaising with, and assigning contractors and maintenance teams to carry out required works. You will keep tight control over works schedules and provide regular updates and feedback on progress being made. IOSH would be an advantage but the client will support with obtaining this if you are open to studying for it.
You will also need to possess excellent customer service skills, operate with a sense of urgency and professionalism to a variety of requests and demonstrate confidence and a can-do attitude.
As you will engage with numerous people across the business, it is essential that you are professional, flexible, can use your initiative and show the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in! Accuracy and attention to detail as well as superb communication skills are paramount!!!
