What will you be doing:

* Communicate Clearly: Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team and with customers.

* Assess Claims: Review the details of claims to evaluate damages according to the policy.

* Spot and Report Fraud: Identify signs of fraud and report them to the appropriate team.

* Understand Customer Needs: Make sure you fully grasp what the customer requires and expects.

* Manage Workload: Handle your own cases, upload necessary documents, and keep accurate records.

What do you need to apply for the role:

* No previous office experience required, just previous experience of working with customers.

* You must enjoy talking to and helping customers, you will be doing lots of this via phone and email.

* A willingness to learn is key! There will be so much for you to learn.
