Salary: £14.50 per hour

Job Description:

Contract Options is seeking a qualified and motivated Chef to work at a probation centre in Glogan House, Bridgewater. This ongoing temporary role requires someone who can deliver high-quality meals while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, and serve meals to meet the required standards

* Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and stock control

* Ensure that all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly followed

* Work efficiently to meet the needs of the residents and staff

* Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a similar setting

* Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management

* Ability to work well independently and manage time effectively

* A flexible, positive approach to the role

* Enhanced DBS Check (Required)

* Valid driving license (Preferred)
