Clinical Lead
Location: Kirby Muxloe, Leicester
Salary: £48,230 per annum
Monday - Friday (8am - 4.00pm) - 38.5-hour contract

Time Recruitment are assisting a nationally recognised care group who have an outstanding reputation in the sector; over 90% of their care homes are rated GOOD or Outstanding with CQC.

We are on a search for a Clinical Lead Nurse to support a successful and longstanding home manager in all things clinical governance and compliance.

This service is well established and is rated GOOD with CQC in all 5 domains, looking after older adults which specialises in complex care, mental health conditions, and advanced dementia we are looking for a mentor/leader to join their team as a Clinical Lead.

Overall, the service accommodates up to 46; which is split into manageable units, you will be supported by a well-established; reputable home manager, deputy home manager; alongside having a high number of staffing to patient ratios.

Your role as Clinical Lead includes:

* Mentoring and supervising care/nursing staff
* Rota planning and skill mixing according to the needs of the service
* Clinical governance and auditing
* Management of medications and medication audits
* Delivering clinical excellence and promoting high standards
* Risk assessment and safeguarding
* Admission and discharge
