My client is an international logistics provider that offers bespoke solutions for art handling, installation, storage and art transport.

A Fine Art Shipping Coordinator manages the intricate logistics of transporting valuable artworks, ensuring efficient scheduling, packing, and delivery. Working within the Shipping team partnering with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to help create the smooth running and success of logistics.
You will handle all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements. Serving as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and address any concerns, maintaining strong client relationships. Coordinators work closely with vendors, create estimates, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions. Track shipments in real-time, provide detailed reports, and quickly resolve any issues such as delays or damage.

Required;
Previous experience and sound knowledge of the different types of shipping, including import & export procedures of air, sea, and sea freight
