Parental Engagement: Engaging parents in the learning process is essential. The teacher will keep parents informed of student progress, promoting active involvement in their educational journey.
Relationship Building: Building supportive, trusting relationships with students is crucial, particularly with those facing complex challenges. Teachers in this role will model inclusive values and recognize the importance of diversity in learning.
Lesson Planning and Outcome Focus: Lessons should be well-structured and designed to support individual and group achievement, with the goal of ensuring positive learning outcomes for all students.

Educational Certification: Candidates are required to have a recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, Certificate of Education, or an equivalent credential.
Experience:

Salary: The salary range is £24,961 to £33,000.
Contract Type: This is a full-time, permanent position.
