Location: Bristol
Salary: £28k (with slight room for movement for the right candidate)
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am - 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Are you a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager looking for a new challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team and lead catering operations to new heights!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
Manage and train a team of 4 General Assistants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Cook breakfast and lunch, adhering to our new 3-week rotating menu while adding your own creative flair.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate administrative records.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative catering solutions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating hearty British classics like pies, pasties, and more.
Ability to motivate and develop staff, ensuring a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients.
