Automotivate was established in 2022 by a team of experienced commercial vehicle professionals with substantial industry experience. Since 2022, the business has grown rapidly and in 2024 moved to new premises in Kidlington that include modern office accommodation and a large showroom space.

As part of its ambitious plans for growth, Automotivate is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys both strategic planning and execution, is eager to lead and deliver marketing initiatives, and is passionate about business, professional and personal growth and developing talent.

Although automotive industry experince is preferable (and certainly an advatange), it is not explicitly neccesary – having the optimum skillset and experience combined with a strong cultural/ personal fit are more critical.
