Customer Service Administrator required on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a call centre environment or have previous office admin experience.

This role offers hybrid working after the training period.

Your responsibilities will be to support the Market Rent team and provide excellent day to day operational admin duties.

Main tasks will include: Filing, data management, answering emails, using customer systems, reporting repairs, general admin, some outbound calling to customers

Skills and experience:

* Solid experience within a busy customer focused role

* Computer literate

* Ability to manage your own work load

* Strong customer service focus

* Confident telephone manner

* Experience of operating within a fast paced highly regulated environment
