We have an immediately-available position for a main contractor’s Senior Site Manager on a 190 unit, three block Housing Association development in Deptford, London SE8.

One of the largest single-phase Passivhaus projects in the UK to date, it will comprise three eight-storey RC frame buildings, two of which will have large roof terraces and a central landscaped courtyard.

Reporting to the Project Lead, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for delivery of all phases of the build programme from frame to finishes so it is essential that you are experienced from breaking ground to successful client handover and able to manage a team of a Site Manager, ASM, Finishing Manager and admin staff.

The role is with a successful, north London-based main contractor with a healthy pipeline of similar, large, high profile residential projects so represents a great opportunity to progress your site management experience on this new standard of building works with a firm that will provide you with stable employment exclusively in the Greater London vicinity.

With interviews available from w/c Monday 8th July, salary is a highly competitive £70k to £80k + car allowance + package
