Project Manager – Liverpool
Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager on behalf of our client.

Introduction:
Our client, a leader in high-spec commercial fit-outs, is seeking a Project Manager to deliver exciting office, retail, and leisure projects in Liverpool. The role can be offered permanently or on a freelance basis, with a competitive salary package dependent on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead fit-out projects from conception to completion.

* Manage budgets, schedules, and site delivery.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality benchmarks.

* Serve as client liaison, managing expectations and project updates.

Requirements:

* Solid project management experience in commercial fit-outs.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required.

* Based in Liverpool or willing to travel to sites in the area.
