As the Learn Systems Coordinator you will support the Learning and Development teams across Spire, in managing all administrative aspects of the execution of training programs, including bookings, scheduling, database management, materials/resources preparation, evaluation, and financing.
Key Responsibilities
Will include but are not limited to:
Ability to handle complex learning and development queries, complaints and following the escalation process.
Lead by example by demonstrating Spire values and behaviours, acting as a role model.
Shares own learning and development administration experience and knowledge with others, using coaching techniques as necessary.
Manages own time and case load and the workload of the team to ensure SLAs are met.
Deputise for team manager during periods of absence.
Frequently identifies process improvements and highlights solutions to team manager.
Provides training and guidance to team and adapts teaching style as appropriate.
Record and monitor invoices and submit them in accordance with finance processesKey Requirements:
Demonstrable experience of Learn Systems administration, preferably Oracle Learn experience.
Professional, able to work under pressure, enthusiastic and committed to working within their team to effectively support the needs of the business.
Strong IT literacy, able to work across a range of systems.
Experience of high-volume administration, ideally in a People Shared Service Centre, ability to support team members, liaise with Key Stakeholders and manage colleagues in times of peak workload, holidays and other absences.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, strong attention to detail, flexibility, complaints management and the ability to perform in a fast paced complex and changing environment are integral to this role.Benefits:
